ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Responsible for developing and maintaining internal and external websites and creating new applications and projects using NetForum Developer Toolkit
• Responsible for developing and maintaining internal and external websites and creating new applications and projects using ASP.NET, VB.NET, ADO.NET, .NET Framework, HTML, XML, SSIS, SSRS, Crystal Reports, and SQL Server 2005/2000.
• Programs and writes code to build comprehensive and dynamic web pages and projects that can integrate with a backend database.
• Updates and maintains Crystal Reports, DTS jobs, SSIS, SSRS, and SQL.
• Plan, organize, document, test, support current and new applications.
• Troubleshoots and responds to customer support request in a timely and professional manner.
• Remains up to date on web and development technologies.
• Makes recommendations on software and hardware.
• Communicate with employees at all levels of the company.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Some travel may be required.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidates must have the following education and/or experience: Associate degree in computer science or related field, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience and proficiency in Microsoft .Net, VB.Net, VBScript, ASP.Net, SQL2005/2000, IIS, and Microsoft Office technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Content Management Server, Visual Studio.Net, SQL Server, Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, and Crystal Reports required.
• Experience with software development methodologies, software design, and project lifecycles.
• Solid understanding of browser compatibility issues, W3C standards, accessibility guidelines, and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent organizational, project management and leadership skills.
• Support and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Ability to manage diverse workloads and set/meet deadlines.
