IMG is seeking a Recruiter to oversee full life cycle recruitment for entry to mid-level roles. This individual will partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to gain a full understanding of business requirements in order to support the recruiting needs across all verticals of IMG.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead internal and external search process for open positions at the Assistant – Manager level across all verticals.
  • Develop recruiting and staffing strategies with managers by defining job descriptions, sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
  • Track and identify prospective (short, medium and long term) candidates using a variety of channels
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify solutions to recruiting challenges throughout the recruiting cycle.
  • Seek innovative ways to source for candidates via non-traditional avenues.
  • Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS): job postings, open position information, candidate details, workflow, etc.
  • Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications with HR BP’s/Executives
  • Liaise with the IT, Facilities, Payroll and benefits departments regarding new hires.
  • Assist with special HR projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS in HR or related field
  • 2-4 years corporate recruiting experience required
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases
  • Excellent knowledge of candidate selection methods and sourcing tools
  • Excellent knowledge in area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
  • Experience with Workday a plus

Executive Recruiter - WME | IMG (New York, NY)

The Executive Recruiter will support the HR Business Partners and HR Executives across the US in all recruitment activity including targeted searches, networking (all levels) but with particular focus on the Executive (Manager to SVP) range. In addition the role will be expected to act as a leader and mentor in all recruitment strategy and ensure that related costs are kept as low as possible.  

Key tasks/activities

  • Partner with HR BP’s/Executives to establish their respective areas hiring needs throughout the business
  • Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy for all business areas relevant to their particular market and niche (where applicable) areas
  • Create specific data talent pools for respective business units utilizing all relevant social media platforms (i.e. linkedin) and tools
  • Network extensively with all potential talent across all levels
  • Act as an ambassador for the Company and develop relationships with appropriate bodies at commercially relevant groups/initiatives
  • Conduct research into clients company, competitors and market place
  • Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications with HR BP’s/Executives
  • Pro-actively work with HR BP’s/Executives  and business leads to map out and plan future requirements in good time
  • Track and identify prospective (short, medium and long term) candidates using a variety of channels
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification and profile match
  • Conduct confidential interviews and follow-up references with HRA support
  • Present shortlisted candidates and provide profile summaries
  • Work closely with HR BP’s to job offer guidance and to facilitate the negotiation and offer process to successful completion
  • Support the candidate’s transition and onboarding process

Position Summary:

The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for assessing the pay programs for the US-based businesses of WME-IMG to ensure that the organization is providing compensation packages which are equitable and competitive within the market place. The Analyst will support the Compensation team to develop, communicate, and implement all components of recognition and rewards program, including base pay, bonuses, and sales incentives. The Analyst will also be critical resource towards the administration of the Company’s HRIS system, Workday, as well as to provide support and analysis for company reorganizations, cost initiatives and corporate transactions. 

Essential Functions:   

  • Assist in the development and administration of global annual bonus, commission and merit programs. 
  • Participate in annual compensation benchmark surveys and seek ways to enhance our data sources, build industry networks, and keep up with market trends. 
  • Support administration of the HRIS system (Workday), particularly as it relates to compensation functionality and annual pay processes.
  • Design sales incentive programs as needed for business growth and reorganizations.  Analyze year-end data to assess effectiveness of incentive plans and how to optimize funds.  
  • Analyze available internal and external data to make recommendations for competitive pay packages for candidates, existing individual employees and groups of employees.  Identify where populations may be under market. 
  • Provide reporting as needed to senior management and internal partners, particularly Finance and Legal.
  • Act as a key contact for managers and employees on compensation issues.   
  • Scheduling and organizing HRIS events and training
  • Auditing and maintaining compensation setup in Workday across the company
  • Provide hands on support and training to system users
  • Support with administrative setup in Workday for new organizations in the system
  • Supporting HRIS team with projects as needed
  • Participate in System testing for updates and projects alongside HRIS team
  • Conduct audits of human resources data to preserve system integrity and accuracy
  • Input, review, and format human resources data for entry into the HRIS system

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills. 
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 
  • Solid experience with HR technology, particularly Workday preferred. 
  • Excellent time management, organization, and planning skills. Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communications, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Discretion and professionalism, especially concerning confidentiality of employee information.
  • General knowledge of HR principles and practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, finance, accounting.
  • At least 3-5 years experience in a relevant HR, compensation or financial role.
