Travel & Player Services
The Travel & Player Services role will include collaborating with departments and includes working with players and guests. Ideal candidate is highly organized, can handle a number of tasks at once and is extremely personable, even in tough situations (e.g., late nights, player concerns). The job does entail a degree of physical ability, most notably the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Duties will include:
• Renewing trades from previous year’s partners and research/recruit new partners
o Categories include player gift bags, player activities, player lounge enhancements, trophies, etc.
o Cold calls and follow-ups are important
o Trade fulfillment—assist with gathering all information in order to fulfill trade agreements
• Credentials
o Assist with inputting data into the credential computer and tracking down missing information
o Assist with player/industry credentials on site but following WTA credential policy
o Create credential boards and stickers for credentials
• Department Handbooks
o Gather updated information from each department and create handbooks for sponsors, players, etc.
• Player’s Lounge
o Help create a timeline for deliveries and pick-up’s to the Player’s Lounge
o Design and Print Signs for Player’s Lounge
o Assist with set up and organization of player’s lounge on site
o During the tournament, help players with questions, maintain cleanliness of lounge and locker rooms, replenish lounge, assist with any unforeseeable needs
o Assist with break-down and packing of player’s lounge
• Post Tournament
o Help pack up site and create wrap up report
o Mail Tournament Trophies to winners/finalists
o Coordinate any pickups needed with Player Services department
• Any other related tournament responsibilities that arise

Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Sell full menu ticket packages for GSU Football and Basketball via phone calls and in-person meetings
• Provide superior customer service to existing and prospective clients
• Call current and past customers and cold-call new leads to generate sales

IMG's Internship Program offers a select group of undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to work at one of the world's leading broadcast entertainment and sports talent agencies.
During the 8-week summer program, interns are exposed to a wide variety of business practices in the field of broadcast entertainment and also receive formal instruction on the fundamentals of the talent agency business.
Students who are actively enrolled in a four-year undergraduate bachelor degree program or graduate degree program (M.A., J.D., M.B.A., etc.) at an accredited college or university are eligible to apply to the program. Students must have completed at least their sophomore year course work and have a minimum G.P.A. of 3.0. There is no restriction on what declared major, degree program or course of study applicants must pursue.
Interns work in the IMG Century City office in Los Angeles, CA. The period for the summer program is an 8-week program beginning mid-June.

Responsibilities to include:
A. Sponsor and Vendor Liaison
1. Develop ‘Rules and Regulation’ materials and packet
2. Assist EM with vendor business and health permit applications (as necessary)

B. Inventory & Shipping

Observe and learn about the multiple divisions within APD, including:
