Job Title: Strength and Conditioning Coach – specialist in tennis and golf preferred
FLSA Status: Exempt
Department: Performance
Position Summary: Responsible for development and implementation of physical conditioning training programs for athletes in all sports, all ages, and all levels.
Position Responsibilities
We are specifically seeking experience developing training programs and implementing strength and speed/agility training in Tennis and/or Golf programs at IMG Academies.
Experience developing training programs and implementing strength and speed/agility training across one or more of the other sport academies at IMG Academies will be considered (Soccer, Baseball, Basketball, Football, Lacrosse)
Experience in training athletes in one or more of IMG’s Academy and Camp sport programs
Experience with both small and large group training and individual training
Programming of strength and power training; speed, agility, movement sessions; and regeneration
Delivery of strength and power training; speed, agility, movement sessions; and regeneration
Sport liaison and observation of athletes
Tracking and reporting
Supervision of interns
Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes
Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Ability 
Previous experience as a performance specialist in strength and conditioning
Experience or background in either tennis and/or golf 
Proficiency in writing training programs for athletes of all ages in a variety of sports.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with colleagues, sport coaches and athletes
Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to interface with a variety of audiences
Ability to multi task in a fast-paced organization 
A superior work ethic
Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Preferred Skills
Masters Degree in Physical Education, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field

Position Responsibilities
Available for individual tutoring as agreed upon with Academic Coordinator

Keep and update lessons plans

Position Summary: Lead the athletic delivery, operational excellence and profitability of the Academies’ Basketball program.

Develop and execute the long-term strategic vision and plan for comprehensive excellence in the Basketball program, including the full-time Academy, short-time camps, and training for teams and professional players.

Work within Academies structure to address issues pertaining to coach/player/parent behavior and escalate to Athletics Director as appropriate.

It is responsible for creating and executing sport-specific marketing plans to support and advance the overall business plan and revenue targets.
The Marketing Manager, reporting to the Director of Marketing – IMG Academies, will primarily manage the marketing planning, insights, and execution for IMG Academies’ 1) sports training and certification business unit and 2) business development activities for sponsorships and events. Position Responsibilities
Drive the marketing plan for the sports training and certification business unit. As a new unit within IMG Academies, the responsibilities will involve integration with the overall brand architecture, developing the competitive differentiation and key messages to promote the program and build brand awareness among the target audience of athletic trainers to generate program certifications, and build a strong community within the performance assessment space. Marketing activities may include brand development, event promotion, event activation, agency coordination, marketing toolkit and training materials development, video production project management, CRM/e-mail marketing, SEO/SEM, and website/social media content and advertising. 
Serve as the tactical marketing liaison to our Business Development team, to collaborate on delivery of marketing elements to support the negotiations with new sponsorship partners, and to fulfill existing sponsor partnership requirements. In addition, the Marketing Manager will work with Business Development to optimize the promotion and activation of our extensive sports event schedule on and off campus, using a full array of marketing tactics. 
Determine tactical marketing options, weigh the best tactical approach to accomplish marketing goals, and directly execute several essential elements of the approved marketing plans.
Negotiate media buys and bundled package deals through purchase or barter to execute the approved marketing plans
Coordinate our presence at offsite tournaments, trade shows, clinics and onsite IMG-managed events, and occasionally attend as the outreach representative of IMG Academies
Plan and deliver marketing elements (signage, booth, flyers, brochures, drawing, etc) to assure key messaging reaches the target audiences at these functions
Compile and report key industry statistics and insights to help the team to stay current and improve decision making.
Maintain key interactions with the outreach team, academic staff and individual sports academy staff to ensure that branding and program messaging is relevant and consistent
Seek ways to improve our CRM and database through business relationships, coordinating on-campus and off-campus marketing events and activities
